Sale pursuant to art. 216 CCII.
The goods are located in Spoleto (PU) and can be inspected by appointment.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sales procedure pursuant to art. 25
D.M. 32/2015
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
• Users correctly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each
lot on sale by filling out the form on the page of the lot of interest and by
paying the related security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will proceed with the validation of the received offers
only after the correct receipt of the duly completed form and the actual
crediting of the security deposit.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the email address provided by the user to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the secret and personal code that must be used to participate in the purchase of the lot of interest in the online auction. It is specified that the received code will be required only during the sales operations phase. It is further specified that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the registration email address cannot under any circumstances be resent or communicated.
