Dr. Fabrizio Sciri, with office in Marsciano (PG), Viale della Vittoria No. 23, in his capacity as Receiver of Judicial Liquidation proceedings No. 19/2023, invites the submission of secured purchase offers for the assets subject to the liquidation within the deadline indicated in this call for offers.
In order to participate in the auction, it is necessary to:
register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it by following the instructions provided therein;

submit an irrevocable purchase offer in the following manner:
via certified email (PEC) to the address: asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that, in the event the offer is sent via PEC, the documentation attached and contained within the PEC message must be digitally signed;
The offer, if deemed adequate and subject to authorization by the Supervising Judge (G.D.), will be used as the starting bid for the subsequent competitive sale.
