Auction Description

Sale of goods belonging to Legacy Lying no. 598/2022 Court of L'Aquila.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in L'Aquila (AQ) and can be inspected upon appointment.

Attention: the Aprilia brand moped, Scarabeo model, included in lot no. 1, is sold as a mere instrumental good. It is not possible to proceed with registration.

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 150 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

SALE NOTES:
Goods owned by a private individual and therefore the transaction was not carried out in the course of a business. Transaction excluded from the scope of VAT, as it does not fall within the provisions of art. 1 of Presidential Decree 633/72. Transfer with a €2.00 stamp.

The exclusion from the VAT scope applies only to subjects resident in Italy.  

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
