Auction Description
Sale of assets from the Debtor’s Asset Liquidation no. 3/2022 of the Court of Ravenna.
Sale pursuant to Article 107, paragraph 1, of the Italian Bankruptcy Law (L.F.).
The assets are located in Faenza (RA) and may be inspected by appointment.

To participate in the auction, a security deposit of €250 is required. Once the auction is concluded, the deposit will be refunded to the user. In the case of the winning bidder, it will be refunded after payment has been completed.
Please note that if the same successful bidder is awarded multiple lots, the total management costs will be reduced by 50%.
SALE NOTES

The asset is owned by a private individual and therefore the transaction is not carried out in the course of business. The transaction is excluded from the scope of VAT, as it does not fall under Article 1 of Presidential Decree no. 633/72. Transfer subject to a €2.00 stamp duty.
The VAT exemption applies only to residents in Italy.
The Procedure is not registered with VIES; therefore, European successful bidders will be required to pay VAT.
