Sale of asset belonging to Judicial Liquidation no.204/2024 Court of Brescia.
Sale in compliance with art 216 CCII.
Goods are located in Montello (BG) and can be inspected upon appointment.
SALE NOTES:
The successful bidder, before starting the collection operations, must also provide for the payment of a deposit of € 50,000.00, which will be retained in order to guarantee the successful outcome of the collection, and may be confiscated by the Procedure in the event of failure to comply with the terms for the release of the premises proposed below and/or in the event of any damage to property and/or persons, without prejudice to the right of the Procedure to request compensation for any further damage suffered.
IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:
• Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the crediting of the deposit.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

Lot consisting of various spinning and twisting machinery partly disused forklifts shelving dismantled and not metal baskets waste material such as semi finished products and plastic yarn spools and much more all machinery and equipment are partly dismantled and can only be used as spare parts SALES NOTES an on site inspection is strongly recommended as the property must be left clean of all goods all functional systems of the property are not part of the sale such as heating ducts silencers electrical and water systems electrical panels all metal baskets and pallets containing yarn that are located in the entrance bay of the shed are not part of the sale The successful tenderer will be responsible for moving them to a suitable area the premises are completely dark and for the inspection be sure to equip yourself with powerful torches The successful tenderer before starting the collection operations must also pay a deposit of 50 000 00 which will be retained in order to guarantee the successful outcome of the collection and may be confiscated by the Procedure in the event of failure to comply with the terms for the release of the premises proposed below and or in the event of any damage to property and or persons without prejudice to the right of the Procedure to request compensation for any further damage suffered NOTES FOR COLLECTION maximum time for collection activities to take place from the agreed day 5 months
