Auction Description
Sale of assets from Judicial Liquidation No. 80/2026 of the Court of Rome.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Insolvency and Crisis Code (CCII).
The assets are located in Terni (TR) and may be inspected by appointment.
Auction conducted through an asynchronous bidding procedure pursuant to Article 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
Registered users who have correctly completed their registration on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot for sale by filling out the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the required security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after proper submission of the completed form and actual receipt of the security deposit.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to confirm validation of the offer, including a personal and confidential code that must be used to participate in the online auction for the lot of interest. Please note that this code will only be required during the auction process. As the code is personal and confidential, once sent to the registered email address it cannot be resent or disclosed in any way.
