    LOT 1 ANNOUNCEMENT NO 10004 lease of a business unit relating to restaurant activities at the operating premises in Narni Via Ortana no 975 consisting of all instrumental assets and equipment located at the site as inventoried Specifically the rent as estimated below includes the real estate lease component goodwill since the business was operating until the opening of the procedure and the set of movable assets identified during the inventory corresponding to dining room furnishings bar furniture and a complete and operational kitchen as briefly described below no 2 refrigerators no 30 wooden tables no 64 wooden chairs no 1 refrigerated display case no 2 televisions no 9 tables of various types sizes no 29 wooden chairs no 3 coat racks no 1 dishwasher no 1 kitchen counter no 1 slicer no 1 basket fryer It is specified that the lease is agreed as a whole lump sum and not per unit of measure For any details regarding the factual and legal status of the business unit and the assets composing it reference is made to the appraisal report prepared by the appointed expert which is to be considered fully incorporated herein With regard to the terms of the lease agreement reference is made to the draft contract attached hereto which is to be considered fully incorporated and accepted by the auction participants particularly with respect to the duration of the lease its subordinated nature to the liquidation process and the related needs of the procedure as well as the immediate termination in the event of non payment of the rent within the prescribed deadlines
