Sale pursuant to Article 107, paragraph 1, of the Italian Bankruptcy Law
The undersigned Dr. Mario Salaris, with offices in Cagliari, Via San Tommaso d’Aquino no. 20, in his capacity as Liquidating Commissioner of the Compulsory Administrative Liquidation No. 172/2023,
HEREBY GIVES NOTICE
that on 6 May 2026, starting at 3:00 p.m., a competitive sale will be held on the portal www.industrialdiscount.it, concerning the following assets:
Business complex located in the Municipality of Pula (CA), along State Road No. 195, km 31.800, consisting of:
office block – canteen and caretaker’s house, identified in the Land Registry (NCEU) at sheet 46, parcel 211, sub. 1;
building with rural designation for instrumental agricultural use, identified in the Land Registry (NCEU) at sheet 46, parcel 209, sub. 1;
building used for the sale of agricultural equipment and workshop, identified in the Land Registry (NCEU) at sheet 46, parcel 212;
greenhouse structure located on the land identified in the Land Registry (NCT) at sheet 46, parcel 212;
vehicle, Iveco Eurocargo model with tail lift, license plate AP511RX;
equipment, furnishings, and office machinery, as detailed in the expert appraisal;
belonging to a company subject to insolvency proceedings, whose corporate purpose is “the harvesting, selection, processing, transformation, packaging, and related marketing of fruit and vegetable products.”
Occupancy status: leased.
Euro 2,002,560.00 for real estate assets;
Euro 205,097.00 for movable assets.
Minimum bid increment: Euro 20,000.00
In order to participate in the auction, it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it by following the instructions provided in the notice of sale and to submit an irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 noon on 04/05//2026, by registered mail with return receipt, to be delivered to Abilio S.p.A., Via G. Galilei no. 6 – Faenza.
On 05/05/2026 at 2:00 p.m., the auction officer will verify the submitted offers and will consequently authorize the participants who have submitted valid offers.
The online auction will take place on 06/05/2026 at 3:00 p.m. and will end on the same day at 5:00 p.m. Only authorized bidders will be allowed to participate.
