Company branch consisting of the organized complex concerning the rental and "residence" activity of the following goods and services:
 
1) Real estate compendium
1.1) n. 161 apartments for home use fully furnished and equipped, with related appurtenances, and all movable assets such as furnishings and systems that accompany the same business unit, apartments intended by the owner company for sale as well as for the "Residence" activity through leasing transitory (with a duration of less than twelve months) and of a tourist-accommodation type (with a duration from a minimum of seven days to a maximum of three consecutive months), with just administrative authorization no. 01/04 issued by the Head of the Supervisory and Commerce Area of ??the Municipality of Lizzanello (LE) on 08/06/2004, prot. N. 160.5 / 3A (excluding the activity of administering food and drinks to the public) to the company "omissis" and transfered to the company "omissis" following the leasing of a company branch with effect from 11/29/2010 - Prot. n. 828.5 / 3A P.M .;

1.2) a structure intended for offices, management, reception, restaurant and storage rooms;

1.3) a five-a-side football pitch, two tennis courts, a swimming pool area with two outdoor pools, an entertainment and show area with an auditorium and an amphitheater;

1.4) beauty center;

1.5) the areas for green areas, sidewalks and internal roads are included in the company branch.

2) Movable goods (equipment, furnishings and furniture, etc.)
3) Goodwill.

The goods are located in Lizzanello (LE) and can be inspected by appointment.

The company branch, subject to forced sale, is currently leased to the company.
