The undersigned Dr. Paola Nannucci, Trustee of Bankruptcy no. 11/2020, following the approval by the Bodies of the Liquidation Program Procedure

PUT FOR SALE

A ​​branch of the company operating in the sector of production and trade of aluminum casting components, produced with lost foam technology. This process is characterized by the use of casting models made of expanded polystyrene. The main sector of activity is the automotive sector, for the production of engine components (cylinder heads), components for exhaust systems (EGR valves), components for turbochargers and hybrid traction systems.

The following assets are part of the company compendium of the aforementioned Bankruptcy:

- Tangible technical fixed assets (plants, machinery, industrial equipment, etc.);

- Brand

In the transfer of the business unit, there is special waste, which must be disposed of by the successful tenderer. The successful tenderer will be entirely responsible for any dismantling costs, list of parts and components of the machinery purchased, as well as any costs for the remediation of special waste or other materials, which impose specific disposal obligations, in addition to the removal of the goods from the place where they are currently located and transport to their destination. It will also be the responsibility of the successful tenderer (or the company delegated by them), to characterize the waste with the attribution of the CER code and subsequent disposal in compliance with the provisions of the current legislation (L. 152/2006).

Euro 4,900,000.00

The goods subject to the auction are located in Spoleto (PG) and can be inspected by appointment.

In order to participate in the auction, it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 on 05/26/2025, according to one of the following alternative methods:

- by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the operational headquarters of Abilio S.p.A. in Faenza (RA) at Via G. Galilei n.6,
- by certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that, in the event of sending the offer via certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.

On 05/28/2025 at 3:00 p.m., Abilio S.p.A. will open the envelopes.
