Auction Description
Bankruptcy n. 82/2023 of the Court of Rome
Sale pursuant to art. 107 co.1 L.F.
Transfer of business assets of a bankrupt company whose corporate purpose is the slaughtering, cutting, processing and marketing of fresh and cured pork.
Consisting of:
- Real estate: industrial factory, consisting of rooms for meat processing, offices and a sales point, as per appraisal;
- Movable capital goods: meat processing machinery, office furniture, scuttles, refrigerated counters, ovens, as per appraisal;
- Commercial goodwill, as per appraisal;
Status of the company: occupied (without title) but with specific authorization from the curatorship, by a third party who will release the company once awarded.
Starting bid: Euro € 2,000,000.00
In order to participate in the auction it is necessary to register on the websitewww.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein and also send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12.00 on 21/01/2025, according to one of the following alternative methods:
- by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand to be delivered mandatorily to the operational headquarters of Abilio S.p.A. in Faenza (RA) at Via G. Galilei n.6,
- via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It should be noted that, in the case of sending the offer via certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
On 22/01/2025 at 3.00 pm Abilio S.p.A. will proceed to open the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers presented according to the methods described above and, having verified the validity of the offers presented, will proceed to enable the bidders on the website www.industrialdiscount.it according to the methods set out in the notice.
