Bankruptcy No. 34/2018 of the Court of Piacenza
Sale pursuant to Article 107, paragraph 1, of the Bankruptcy Law
whereas
- the Procedure received a purchase offer of €825,000.00, plus statutory fees and the sales commission due to abilio S.p.A. equal to 2% of the price of the business complex described in more detail below;
- the Procedure intends to launch a trial sale, setting the purchase offer received as the starting price, the terms of which are governed by these Tender Rules and Notice of Sale; Now, therefore, the Procedure
IS PLACING FOR SALE
a business complex consisting of properties and a business operating hotels, restaurants, bars, serving beverages, and managing dance clubs and discos.
The assets are located in Cadeo (PC) and can be inspected by appointment.
Starting price: €825,000.00
Please note that the company, still in good standing, leased the business through a notarial deed dated September 13, 2016. The term of the aforementioned business lease, originally expiring on September 18, 2020, is automatically renewed annually, unless written notice is given to the other party within three months of the subsequent expiration date.
To participate in the auction, you must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it by following the instructions therein and submit your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 a.m. on October 8, 2025, using one of the following methods:
- by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or by hand, to be delivered to the abilio Spa headquarters in Faenza (RA), at Via G. Galilei 6,
- by certified email (PEC) to asset.om@pec.abilio.com.
On October 9, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., abilio Spa will open the bids.
At the end of the auction, the award cannot be final, as the right of first refusal remains.
