Sale of a company carrying out photocomposition, computer graphics, flexography and structural definition in film and graphic language clichés.
Auction base: €250.000,00 to be paid in the amount of €222.528,28 (fixed portion) by taking over the debt of the transferred former OFFICINA FOTO-GRAFICA employees, debt existing on 1.11.2022, effective date of the rental contract and the residual difference of €27.471,72 or greater, if the hammer price was higher at the auction, by payment by bank transfer (variable part based on the bids)
The offer includes the confirmation of permanent employment of all 5 employees already employed by the company. OFFICINA-FOTO-GRAFICA sas in judicial liquidation and passed to the tenant company at the same time as the rental contract was signed.
Minimum raise: €250.000,00
