Transfer of a branch of the company carrying out the following activities:
- Storage, recovery, processing, transformation, transport and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastic materials and silicon-based materials.
- Own transport of the same and intermediation in category 8.
The property in which the activity is carried out is conducted under a rental contract.
The Procedure received an irrevocable purchase offer for an amount equal to €120,000.00 plus legal charges and in addition to the sales commissions due to Abilio S.p.a.
Auction starting price: €120,000.00
Minimum auction raise: €2,000.00
ASYNCHRONOUS TELEMATIC SALE PROCEDURE
(possibility of receiving telematic offers, pursuant to art. 24 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015)

The Procedure will prepare and manage a Virtual Data Room for the purpose of uploading confidential documents relating to the goods for sale. The Data Room allows access to additional documentation in addition to that uploaded to the portal www.industrialdiscount.it to those interested in purchasing the compendium. Such access will be permitted exclusively upon signing a non-disclosure agreement, to be sent signed and accompanied by the requested documents to the certified email address of Abilio S.p.a.
To this end, interested parties must send a request via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com.
The electronic purchase offers must be received by the offer presenters no later than 12:00 on 09/16/2025 by sending them to the PEC address of the Ministry offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using only the pre-filled form available on the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it.
on 09/17/2025 from 11:00 to 13:00 the asynchronous electronic sale will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it
