Sale of assets from Judicial Liquidation No. 63/2025 of the Court of Ancona.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Insolvency Code.
The assets are located in Falconara Marittima (AN) and may be inspected by appointment.
Auction conducted through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Article 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
Users properly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot available for sale by completing the form on the relevant lot page and by paying the required security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after the correct submission of the completed form and the actual receipt of the security deposit.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to confirm validation of the offer, along with a secret personal code to be used to participate in the purchase of the selected lot in the online auction. Please note that this code will only be required during the auction process. As it is secret and personal, once sent to the registered email address, it cannot be resent or disclosed.
