Auction Description
Sale of assets arising from Judicial Liquidation No. 54/2025, Court of Perugia.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Civil Code.
The assets are located in Assisi (PG) and can be inspected by appointment on 27.03.2026 at 9.30 am. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on 25.03.2026. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015
IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:
• Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the crediting of the deposit.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.
