Auction Description

Creditors Agreement no. 3/2015 Court of Sulmona.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Lot 1) 100% shareholding of the share capital of Piemme Industry srl, with registered office in Sulmona (AQ), VAT number 01912180665.

Base price: € 160.00.00


The purchase offer may be presented in one of the following alternative ways:

- in a sealed envelope, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, at the office of the Judicial Liquidator Avv. Francesco D'Antuono, in Sulmona, Viale Roosevelt 14, by 12 noon on 14/06/2023.
- by certified e-mail to the address avvocatodantuono@pec.it, by 12 noon on 14/06/2023. It should be noted that, in case of sending the offer by certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.

In the case of multiple bids, a tender will be held among those present on the basis of the highest bid received. In particular abilio s.p.a. will proceed to enable bidders on the website www.industrialdiscoun.it according to the procedures set out in the announcement and on the basis of the indications provided by di Legal Receiver.

At the end of the auction, the award cannot be final because, as required by the company statute and in compliance with the code of law, the Liquidator will notify the shareholders of the essential elements of the best offer received in order to allow the exercise of the right of pre-emption.
