Auction Description
Sale of
paintings and sculptures from Bankruptcy No. 41/2017 of the Court of Pesaro.
Sale pursuant to art. 107 para.1 L.F.
The goods are located in Pesaro (PU) and can be inspected by appointment.
Register on the website to download the terms of sale and collection.
To participate in the auction, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 500 Euros.
Once the auction is concluded, the deposit will be returned to the user. In the
case of a winning bidder, it will be returned upon payment.
The Procedure is not registered with VIES, therefore European winners will be
required to pay VAT.
