Sale of assets arising from Judicial Liquidation No. 2/2025 of the Court of Latina.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Civil Code.
The assets are located in Latina (LT) and can be inspected by appointment.
Auction conducted using the asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Article 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Users who are properly registered on the portal may submit bids for each lot for sale by completing the form on the page for the lot in question and paying the relevant security deposit by credit card or bank transfer.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the
crediting of the deposit.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.
