Sale of goods belonging to Bankruptcy no.3/2022 Court of Piacenza.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Piacenza (PC) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 150 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

SALES NOTES

- With regard to the iPhones present in the sale, it was not possible to verify the functioning and the presence or absence of the Apple ID of the old owner.

REPORTS

- it is specified that the goods relating to the lot 2 (codes 159, 160, 190, 191 192, 193) of the related explanatory annex will be withdrawn only after bankruptcy transactions concluded consult the specific conditions of sale

- It should be noted that on 21/04/2023 the composition of lot 2 underwent changes
