Auction Description

Sale of goods from the Judicial Administration no. 125/2022 of the Court of Palermo.
Sale pursuant to Article 107, paragraph 1, of the Bankruptcy Law.

The goods are located in Palermo (PA) and can be inspected by appointment Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. All viewing requests must be received within 6.00 pm on Friday, January 30, 2026. All requests received after this date will not be taken into consideration. 

Register on the website to download the conditions of sale and collection.

To participate in the auction, a deposit of €250 is required. Once the auction has concluded, the deposit will be refunded to the user. In the case of a winning user, it will be refunded upon receipt of payment.

SALES NOTES:
- The award is provisional and subject to acceptance by the Judicial Authority;
- The successful bidder of one or more goods at the end of the auction is required to send the documents indicated in the Specific Conditions of Sale and Collection to postvendita@industrialdiscount.com no later than 48 hours after the auction closes.

The Procedure is not registered with VIES, therefore European successful tenderers will be required to pay VAT.
