Sale of the single operating branches and single aggregate assets: sale of the so-called Santa Maria aggregate assets at a value of € 8,612,399.00 and single sale of each of the two branches, so-called Maragone at a value of € 6,718,530.00, and the so-called Gaifana at a value of € 16,092,756.00 as well as intangible assets and autonomous assets at a value of € 659,498.00

The sale of the company by the bankruptcy will take place according to priority levels for the procedure. The levels will have decreasing priorities, according to the specific needs of the procedure which obviously has an interest in selling the greater corporate perimeter of the corporate asset.

By "levels" we mean the division of the lots to be sold (sale of the entire company asset, sale of individual branches) identified by the procedure.

On the basis of this subdivision, priority will be assigned to the level belonging to the higher category over that included in the lower category, on the basis of the following scheme:

LEVEL 1> LEVEL 2> LEVEL 3

Where "level 1" must be understood as the single lot and for levels "n" the subsequent subdivisions into increasingly analytical categories (macro-categories, homogeneous categories and / or single lots).

In this sense, for each level identified by the procedure, specific sales attempts will be carried out, corresponding to as many auctions on the platform, within which the interested parties will be able to move freely on several levels from one to three.
