ANNOUNCES
that on April 8, 2026, starting at 10:00 a.m., an asynchronous online auction will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, aimed at identifying the party with whom the Procedure will enter into a lease agreement for a business unit, as described below.
LOT 1 – ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 10004: lease of a business unit concerning restaurant activities at the operating site in Narni, Via Ortana no. 975, consisting of all instrumental assets and equipment located at the premises, as inventoried.
ASYNCHRONOUS SALE PROCEDURE
(possibility to submit electronic bids pursuant to Art. 24 of Ministerial Decree No. 32/2015)
on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it
Electronic bids must be submitted by the bidders no later than 12:00 p.m. on April 7, 2026, by sending them to the certified email address (PEC) of the Ministry offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, exclusively using the pre-filled form available on the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. The electronic bid shall be deemed filed at the moment the delivery receipt is generated by the Ministry of Justice’s certified email system.
The asynchronous auction will take place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on April 8, 2026, starting at 10:00 a.m., and will last for 2 hours, unless further bids are submitted.
