ONLINE PHASE
ATTENTION: THE PARTICIPATION IN THIS PHASE OF THE AUCTION IS RESTRICTED EXCLUSIVELY TO THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED AN OFFER WITHIN THE LAST TERM FIXED IN THE NOTICE OF SALE
Lease of the business unit consisting of the Catanzaro (CZ) site at Via Belladama 51, as well as the tangible and intangible assets as listed in Appendix "A" published on the portal.
Subject of the lease agreement:
- Lease of the concrete production and processing plant, as per Appendix A, with related assets.
- Employees: Two employees of CAL.BI.IN. SRL (in liquidation) will be available to inspect the plant and machinery. Employees of CAL.BI.IN. SRL (in liquidation) will have independent access without time restrictions, including for the inspection and measurement of the inert material collected, which remains the exclusive property of CAL.BI.IN. SRL (in liquidation). The lease agreement includes a right of option for the entire term to purchase the material at a predefined, non-increasable price.
- Authorizations: The bidder must request any necessary authorizations from time to time.
- Plant restoration: The cost of restoring the plant, machinery, and vehicles is the responsibility of the bidder.
- Specific terms of the contract: right of option to purchase in part or in full, with advance payment prior to collection, the inert material available at the Cal.Bi.In Srl construction site in Catanzaro (CZ) at Via Belladama 51. The material consists of cobblestones at a price of €12.00/m3, 20/30 mm crushed stone at a price of €15.00/m3, and 10/15 mm crushed stone at a price of €15.00/m3.
LOT 1 - AUCTION NO. 9713:
Starting price for business unit lease: €60,000.00, plus charges, as a fixed component of the annual rent.
Minimum bid: €2,000.00
To participate in the auction, you must register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it by following the instructions therein and submit your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 11:00 a.m. on February 2, 2026:
- By certified email (PEC) to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Certified emails with the offer attached must have the following subject line: "Procedure 84/2018, Court of Catanzaro, auction of February 3, 2026." The documentation must be digitally signed.
The irrevocable purchase offer must contain the documentation indicated in the Business Lease Notice, unless the latter is invalid.
On February 2, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., the auctioneer will verify the bids submitted and will subsequently validate the participants who have submitted valid bids.
The online tender will take place on February 3, 2026, at 3:00 PM and will last two hours, except in the case of no valid bids being received or of only one valid bid being received.
