PROVISIONAL AWARD
The award is provisional and subject to acceptance by the Bodies of the Procedure.
Sale of assets from Judicial Administration No. 1208/2023.
The assets are located in Taranto (TA) and can be inspected by appointment.

To participate in the auction, a security deposit of €500 is required. Once the auction is concluded, the deposit is returned to the user. In the case of the winning bidder, it will be returned after payment has been made.
SALE NOTES:
The party who, at the end of the auction, is awarded one or more assets must send, within and no later than 48 hours from the close of the auction, to the address postvendita@industrialdiscount.com, the documents indicated in the Specific Terms and Conditions of Sale and Collection.
Additional costs related to the loading operations of the goods may be borne by the successful bidder; these must be defined and agreed directly with the custodian.
Please note that the assets offered for sale are currently subject to seals by the Judicial Authority; therefore, they cannot be opened or inspected. The sale takes place in the condition in which the assets are found, both in fact and in law (“as seen and approved”), without any guarantee as to the actual quantities and quality. Bidders must rely exclusively on the photographs, descriptions, and attached lists, where available, included in the auction documentation.
