Sale in compliance with art 216 c.c.i.

The assets are located in Palermo (PA) and can be inspected by appointment.

Auction conducted via asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Art. 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015

PLEASE NOTE THAT:

Users correctly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale by filling out the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the related security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the received offers only after the correctly completed form has been received and the security deposit has been successfully credited.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to confirm the validation of the offer and to communicate the secret and personal code required to participate in the purchase of the desired lot during the online auction. Please note that this code will be requested only during the auction process. Additionally, as this code is secret and personal, once sent to the registered email address, it cannot be resent or communicated again under any circumstances.
