CATANZARO COURT
BANKRUPTCY NO. 5/2015

The undersigned, Attorney Alessandra Leggio, with offices in Catania, Via Luigi Rizzo, 18, as Trustee of the aforementioned proceedings,

WHEREAS

- On 9/12/2025, the Trustee received a purchase offer in the amount of €8,000 (eight thousand euros), plus statutory fees and the sales commission due to Abilio S.p.A. equal to 10% of the minimum auction price, in addition to management costs of €250;
- The Procedure intends to initiate a collection of irrevocable purchase offers, setting the amount of the offer received as the starting price, the terms of which are governed by these Tender Rules;

INVITED

to submit secured purchase offers by 12:00 PM on March 17, 2026, for the following movable assets owned by the aforementioned auction:

DAEWOO MG250 Wheel Loader + Used KOMATS Wheel Loader
Starting Price: €8,000

To submit an irrevocable purchase offer, you must:
a) register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it by following the instructions therein;
b) send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 PM on March 17, 2026, to Abilio S.p.A. via certified email (PEC) to asset.om@pec.abilio.com

Please note that the asset management fee is quantified and indicated on the cover of each lot and is €250.00.

Please note: In the case of the sale of movable property registered with the PRA, users who intend to export the property abroad for purposes related to the sale are prohibited from participating.

The Procedure is not registered with VIES, therefore, European bidders will be required to pay VAT.
