Auction Description
Sale of goods from Judicial Liquidation no. 62/2025 of the Court of Prato.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Business Crisis and Insolvency Code (CCII).
The goods are located in Vaiano (PO) and can be inspected by appointment.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Art. 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- Users duly registered on the portal may submit purchase bids for each lot on sale by completing the form available on the page of the relevant lot and by paying the required security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
- INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after the correct receipt of the duly completed form and the actual credit of the security deposit.
- INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to confirm the validation of the offer and to communicate the secret and personal code that must be used to participate in the purchase of the selected lot in the online auction. Please note that the code will be required only during the auction operations. Furthermore, since the code is secret and personal, once sent to the registered email address, it cannot be resent or communicated again under any circumstances.

The Procedure is not registered in the VIES system; therefore, European buyers will be required to pay VAT.
