PROVISIONAL AWARD
The award is provisional and subject to acceptance by the Judicial Authority.

Sale of goods from Judicial Administration No. 4820/15 R.G. GIP of the Court of Catania.

The goods are located in Belpasso (CT) and can be inspected by appointment 

Register on the website to download the terms and conditions of sale and collection.

Please note that lot 1 was stolen on October 31, 2025; an on-site inspection is recommended.

To participate in the auction, a deposit of €500 is required. Once the auction ends, the deposit will be refunded to the user. In the case of a winning user, it will be refunded upon receipt of payment.

SALE NOTES:
- Sale reserved to legal entities with a VAT number and qualifying as Professionals (i.e., those purchasing the goods exclusively for professional use) pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005. Specifically, the sale is open exclusively to repairers and manufacturers, or demolition contractors.
- The successful bidder of one or more goods at the end of the auction is required to send the documents indicated in the Specific Conditions of Sale and Collection to postvendita@industrialdiscount.com no later than 48 hours after the auction closes.
