Sale of mobile assets and real estate of hotel complex
Lot 1 including the real estate compendium better described on the Real Estate Discount portal at the following link: Auction 7941
Starting price = 4.179.796,00 €
Lot 2 including movable assets present at the realeste as per the inventory drawn up.
Starting price = 38,200 €
Buyer's Premium = Interested parties should also consider the commissions paid by the buyer calculated on the adjudication value to be paid to the company IT Auction srl according to the criteria for lots 1 and 2 indicated in the notice of sale.
The assets are leased with a contract that cannot be opposed to the procedure.
The goods in lots 1 and 2 are better described in the estimate report in the procedure documents, signed by the expert surveyor Marco Cecera, who must be consulted by the bidder, and to whom it is expressly referred also for everything what concerns the existence of any charges and weights for any reason which may be levied on the goods and which can be consulted on the websites indicated below, information from the Legal Receiver dott.ssa Paola Nannucci
The assets are located in Montefalco (PG) and can be inspected by appointment
Proposals must be received, in a sealed envelope bearing the words " “ Tribunale di Spoleto – offerta di acquisto beni immobili o mobili Concordato Preventivo n.12/2016 lotto… no later than 12.30 am of SEPTEMBER 25, 2019, at the Legal Receiver's office, in Via S. Carlo n.3- Spoleto (PG), by hands or even by insured AR (for the insured will be worth the date of receipt by the recipient).
The opening of the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offer will take place on SEPTEMBER 26, 2019 at 9.30 am at the Legal Receiver's office
The parties are invited to consult the attached documentation in order to submit a purchase proposal:

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
