Auction Description
Sale of assets from Judicial Liquidation no. 40/2024 of the Court of Cagliari
Sale pursuant to Art. 216 of the Italian Business Crisis and Insolvency Code (c.c.i.).
The assets are located in Mandas (SU) and may be inspected by appointment.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Art. 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Users who have correctly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot by filling out the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the required security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after the correctly completed form has been received and the security deposit has actually been credited.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to confirm the validation of the offer and to communicate the personal and confidential code that must be used to participate in the online auction for the selected lot. Please note that the code will be required only during the bidding phase. Furthermore, since the code is personal and confidential, once sent to the registered email address, it cannot be resent or communicated again in any way.
