All movable property, furnishings, and professional equipment is offered for sale in a single, indivisible lot at auction no. 10075. The assets included are exclusively those described in the inventory and specified in the attached list, updated following the outcome of the claims and restitution requests and according to the decisions of the Delegated Judge. Therefore, assets already returned and those that can be classified as accessions or otherwise inseparable without damage to the property are expressly excluded. For wines, only those assets specifically identified in the separate "wine list" are included.

Participants may participate in the tender by submitting their offers using either the methods described in point A (electronic offers) or point B (analog offers).
Electronic purchase offers must be submitted by the bidders to the Ministry's certified email address offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using only the pre-filled form available on the ministry portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. The electronic bid is considered submitted when the complete delivery receipt is generated by the Ministry of Justice's certified email provider.
