Sale of goods from Judicial Liquidation no. 39/2025 of the Court of Latina.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Code of Corporate Crisis and Insolvency (c.c.i.i.).
The goods are located in Rome (RM) and can be inspected by appointment.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Art. 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
Users who have successfully registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale by completing the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the relevant security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after the correct submission of the duly completed form and the actual receipt of the security deposit.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to confirm the validation of the offer and to communicate the personal and confidential code that must be used to participate in the online auction for the lot of interest. Please note that the code will be requested only during the auction operations. Moreover, since the code is personal and confidential, once sent to the registered email address, it cannot be resent or communicated again in any way.
