Sale of goods from Judicial Liquidation No. 587/2025 of the Court of Rome.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Insolvency Code (CCII).
The goods are located in Torricella in Sabina (RI) and can be inspected by appointment.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Art. 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Users who have correctly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale by completing the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the related security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after the correct receipt of the duly completed form and the actual credit of the security deposit.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to confirm the validation of the offer and communicate the secret and personal code that must be used to participate in the online auction for the lot of interest. This code will be requested only during the sale operations. It should also be noted that, since this code is secret and personal, once it has been sent to the registration email address, it cannot be resent or disclosed again.
