SINGLE LOT – AUCTION 9793 – consisting of the equity interests held by the bankruptcy estate in the following company: Regina Jolanda Srl, with registered office in Savarna (RA), Via Savarna No. 225, VAT No. 02206990398, in which the bankrupt company holds a 50% stake.
Starting auction price: €20,000.00
Minimum bid increase: €1,000.00
Purchase offers may be submitted by 12:00 noon on 25/03/2026 using one of the following alternative methods:
in a sealed envelope, by registered mail with return receipt, or by hand delivery, to be delivered without exception to the operational headquarters of Abilio S.p.A., Via G. Galilei No. 6, 48018 Faenza (RA);
via certified email (PEC) to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com. It is specified that, if the offer is sent via PEC, the documentation attached and contained within the PEC message must be signed with a digital signature.
On 27/03/2026 at 2:00 p.m., Abilio S.p.A. will proceed with the opening of the envelopes.
The ascending auction will begin on 30/03/2026 at 3:00 p.m. and will end on the same day at 5:00 p.m.; only authorized bidders may participate.
