Auction Description

Sale of assets arising from Judicial Liquidation No. 12/2025 of the Court of Macerata

Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Civil Code.

The items are located in Civitanova Marche (MC) and can be inspected by appointment on the following dates, at 10:30 AM:

  • December 16

All viewing requests must be received by 6:00 PM at least two working days prior to the selected appointment date. Requests received after this deadline will not be considered.

The final awarding can take place only after the authorization of the Official Receiver.


It is specified that any interested parties may, if they deem it appropriate, submit an offer for individual items. In such cases, the management costs originally set for the purchase of the entire lot will be recalculated proportionally, as will the terms and timelines for collection, which will be redefined based on the type and quantity of the item of interest.

The procedure reserves the right to accept or reject the offers received at its sole discretion.




Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to art. 25 D.M. 32/2015 

IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:

• Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.

• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the crediting of the deposit.

• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.
