Auction Description

PROVISIONAL AWARD
The award is provisional and subject to acceptance by the Procedure Authorities.

Sale of goods from Judicial Administration No. 16/2021, General Court of the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO).

The goods are located in Reggio nelle'Emilia (RE) and can be inspected by appointment.

Register on the website to download the conditions of sale and collection.

To participate in the auction, a deposit of €1000 is required. Once the auction has concluded, the deposit will be refunded to the user. In the case of a winning user, it will be refunded upon receipt of payment.

SALE NOTES:
- The successful bidder of one or more goods at the end of the auction is required to send the documents indicated in the Specific Conditions of Sale and Collection to postvendita@industrialdiscount.com no later than 48 hours after the auction closes.
- The winning bidder may be responsible for additional costs related to loading the goods, which must be defined and agreed upon directly with the warehouse manager.

- Please note that the goods being sold are currently under judicial seal and therefore cannot be opened or inspected. The sale is made in their "as is" condition, without any guarantee regarding the actual quantity or quality. Bidders are required to refer exclusively to the photographs, descriptions, and lists attached, if any, to the tender documentation.
