Auction Description
Sale of goods from Judicial Liquidation No. 12/2026 of the Court of Pistoia.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Civil Code.
The goods are located in Signa (Florence) and can be inspected by appointment.
Only legal entities with a VAT number and who qualify as Professionals (i.e., those purchasing the goods exclusively for professional use) pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 will be eligible to participate in the auction. Specifically, the sale is open exclusively to scrap dealers specializing in the storage and recovery of ferrous scrap.
The party who is provisionally awarded one or more goods at the end of the auction will be required to send the documentation indicated in the terms of sale to postvendita@industrialdiscount.com no later than 48 hours after the auction closes.
Auction conducted using the asynchronous sales procedure pursuant to Article 25 of Ministerial Decree. 32/2015
