Auction Description
Sale of assets from Judicial Liquidation no. 19/2024 of the Court of Sassari.
Sale pursuant to Art. 216 of the Italian Business Crisis and Insolvency Code.
The assets are located in Muros (SS) and can be inspected by appointment.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Art. 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- Users who have correctly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot for sale by completing the form available on the page of the lot of interest and by paying the related security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
- INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after the correct receipt of the duly completed form and the actual crediting of the security deposit.
- INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to confirm the validation of the offer, as well as the confidential and personal code that must be used to participate in the online auction for the lot of interest. Please note that the code received will be required only during the auction phases. It is also specified that this code, being confidential and personal, once sent to the registered email address cannot be resent or communicated again in any way.
