Sale of assets belonging to Bankruptcy no.56/2021 Court of Cagliari.

Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.

Goods are located in Guspini(SU) and can be inspected upon appointment

In order to attend this online auction it is necessary to send a deposit of 250 Euro. At the end of the auction the deposit will be refunded. In case of winning it will be refunded after payment receipt.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

'Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).

Notes: - Please note that the successful bidder will be responsible for the cost of the inspection of lot 2, amounting to € 15 plus VAT.

It is specified that the costs of the disposal of any material residues inside the plant (lot 1) and the tank (lot 10) will be borne by the successful bidder.
