Dr. Giulio De Agostini, with offices at Via Ottaviana 7/3, Montegrotto Terme (PD), Liquidator (hereinafter the "Professional") of the aforementioned Procedure (hereinafter the "Procedure")
WHEREAS
• the Procedure has received an irrevocable purchase offer secured by a guarantee in the amount of €20,000.00, plus statutory fees and the sales commission due to Abilio S.p.A. for LOT 1 – AUCTION 9918;
• the Procedure intends to launch a trial sale, setting the irrevocable purchase offer secured by a guarantee received as the starting price, the terms of which are governed by this Notice of Sale;
•The person who submitted the starting bid is still required to register for the auction and participate in the auction according to the provisions of these Tender Rules and Notice of Sale.

that on May 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., the asynchronous electronic sale will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below, of the following property:

LOT 1 – AUCTION 9918: Assets organized for the exercise of commercial activities, including through agency and consultancy agreements, for the wholesale and retail sale of aggregate materials, materials for external and internal flooring, and various coverings.
The assets are located at Via C. Cerato No. 14, CAP 35122, Padua (PD).
The company's premises include the Chinese sales office and the legal relationships inherent to it.
Employees:
1 Permanent employee with a managerial position on a commercial contract.
2 Part-time employee (75%) with a permanent contract.
2 Permanent employee with a commercial contract.
