Auction Description
Sale of assets from Judicial Liquidation No. 33/2025 of the Court of Latina.
Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Insolvency Code (CCII).
The assets are located in Priverno (LT) and can be inspected by appointment.
Auction carried out through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Art. 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Users who have correctly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale by filling out the form available on the page of the desired lot and by paying the related security deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only after the correctly completed form has been received and the security deposit has actually been credited.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to confirm the validation of the offer and to communicate the secret and personal code that must be used to participate in the online auction for the selected lot. Please note that the code will be required only during the bidding phase. Furthermore, since the code is secret and personal, once it has been sent to the registered email address it cannot be resent or communicated again in any way.
