Auction Description
Sale of assets belonging to Judicial Liquidation No. 46/2025 – Court of Rimini.
Sale conducted pursuant to art. 216 of the Italian Insolvency and Crisis Code (C.C.I.I.).
The assets are located in Cesenatico (FC) and may be inspected by appointment.
The auction will be carried out through an asynchronous online sales procedure pursuant to art. 25 of Ministerial Decree No. 32/2015.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
Users who are properly registered on the platform may submit purchase bids for each lot for sale by completing the relevant form available on the lot page and paying the indicated security deposit by credit card or bank transfer.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will confirm the bids received only after verifying the correct submission of the form and the actual receipt of the security deposit.
INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to notify the validation of the bid, as well as the personal and confidential code required to participate in the online auction.
It is specified that the code received will be requested exclusively during the sale operations.
Please note that this code, being personal and confidential, once sent to the registered email address, cannot be resent or disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.
