The undersigned, Dr. Alessandro Tonin (hereinafter "Professional"), with offices in Padua (PD), Via Germania, 8,

INFORMS

of the sale of the following assets forming part of the business complex of the aforementioned procedure:

Single Lot – Auction No. 9507: Ventuno Ristorazione s.r.l., operating under the name "Antiche Osterie," in the premises located in Campodarsego (PD), Via Bassa Seconda No. 18, and comprising:

· Goodwill;

· Company trademark;

· Tax license for the sale of alcoholic products subject to excise duty No. PDM09314N;

· Commercial lease agreement;

· Equipment required for the operation of the business (Annex 1);

· Furnishings present in both internal and external premises (see Annex 1);

having as its corporate purpose a restaurant/wine bar/restaurant.

Value of offers: minimum offer price €61,564.00, with the option of submitting offers reduced by 25%.

The Procedure reserves the right to evaluate the offer, assess its appropriateness, and determine whether it is appropriate to proceed with the subsequent competitive sale.

Interested parties, after having duly registered on the website www.industrialdiscount.it, must submit an irrevocable purchase offer by 12:00 PM on September 29, 2025, using one of the following methods:

· in a sealed envelope, by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, or by hand, to be delivered to the Abilio S.p.A. headquarters at Via G. Galilei No. 6, 48018 Faenza (RA);

· via certified email (PEC) to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that if you submit your offer via certified email (PEC), the attached documentation included in the certified email must be digitally signed. Please also note that if you submit your offer via certified email (PEC), the deposit payment can only be made via bank transfer.
