On behalf of Preventive Arrangement (Concordato Preventivo) No. 14/2014 of the Court of Spoleto
Sale pursuant to Article 107, paragraph 1, of the Italian Bankruptcy Law (L.F.)
Sale of the complex of assets as briefly described in the appendix to the Notice and Rules of Sale and more fully detailed in the appraisal report, consisting of an instrumental property located in Fraz. Matigge, Via Popoli no. 27 – 06039 Trevi (PG), including all furnishings and technical and office equipment forming part of the company assets of Cemif Engineering Srl in liquidation, under Preventive Arrangement, whose business activity concerns the design and manufacture of furniture and fittings for bars/restaurants and other premises.
Starting price: Euro 631,570.00
The assets are located in Trevi (PG) and may be inspected by appointment.
The Receiver notes that there is currently a business lease agreement in force between the Bankruptcy Estate and a third-party company, with a duration of one year starting from 28/12/2018, renewed upon expiry and extended year by year, with an obligation to vacate and return the property within 90 days of any award, without any right of pre-emption.
In order to participate in the auction, it is necessary to register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions provided therein and also to submit an irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 noon on 27/03/2026, by certified email (PEC) to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com.
On 30/03/2026 at 3:00 p.m., Abilio will proceed with the opening of the envelopes containing the irrevocable purchase offers.
