Auction Description
Sale of assets arising from Bankruptcy No. 3/2017 of the Court of Oristano.
Sale pursuant to Article 107, paragraph 1, of the Bankruptcy Law.
The assets are located in different areas and can be viewed directly from the lot.

To participate in the auction, a deposit of €1,500 is required. Once the auction has concluded, the deposit will be refunded to the bidder. In the case of a winning bidder, it will be refunded upon receipt of payment.
The auction is not registered with VIES, therefore, European bidders will be required to pay VAT.
Please note that some assets may contain waste. If waste is present, the successful bidder will be responsible for its disposal, at their own expense. See the specific terms and conditions of sale and collection.
