Auction Description

PROVISIONAL AWARD

The award is provisional and subject to acceptance by the Judicial Authority.

Sale of goods from the Judicial Administration No.171/2014 R.G.GIP of the Court of Palermo.

The goods are located in Palermo (PA) and can be inspected by appointment.

SALE NOTES:

- The successful bidder for one or more goods must send the documents indicated in the Specific Conditions of Sale and Collection to postvendita@industrialdiscount.com no later than 48 hours after the auction closes.
- It is specified that Article 48 – paragraph 12-ter, Legislative Decree 159/2011, provides that "Movable assets, including those registered in public registers, not intended pursuant to paragraphs 12 and 12-bis, may be sold, with a ban on further transfer for a period of no less than one year, in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 5, sixth sentence, or destroyed." Therefore, the sales contracts for the assets in question will contain a termination clause in the event that the condition described above is not met.

To participate in the auction, a deposit of €100 is required. Once the auction has concluded, the deposit will be refunded to the user. In the case of a winning bidder, it will be refunded upon receipt of payment.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.
