Auction Description

Sale of assets originating from Judicial Liquidation No. 11/2025 of the Court of Sassari.

Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Insolvency and Crisis Code (CCII).

The assets are located in Selargius (CA), Italy, and may be inspected by appointment.

Auction conducted through an asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Article 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Users properly registered on the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot available for sale by completing the form provided on the webpage of the lot of interest and by paying the required security deposit by credit card or bank transfer.

• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate the offers received only upon correct receipt of the duly completed form and actual crediting of the security deposit.

• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the address provided by the user to confirm validation of the offer, together with a personal and confidential access code required to participate in the online auction for the selected lot. Please note that the code received will be required only during the auction proceedings. Furthermore, as the code is personal and confidential, once sent to the registration email address it cannot be resent or otherwise communicated.
