Auction Description
Sale of goods belonging to Controlled Liquidation no. 20/2024 Court of Lucca.
Sale in compliance with art 216 c.c.i.i.
Goods are located in Capannori (LU) and can be inspected upon appointment.
IT IS SPECIFIED THAT:
• Users correctly registered to the portal may submit purchase offers for each lot on sale filling in the form on the page of the lot and paying the deposit indicated by credit card or bank transfer.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will confirm the offers received only after receiving the correct receipt of the form and the crediting of the deposit.
• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the user in order to communicate the validation of the offer as well as the personal and secret code to be used in order to attend the online auction. Please note that the code received will be requested only during the sales operations. You are reminded that this code, being secret and personal, once sent to the email address of registration can not in any way be sent again or communicated to third parties.

This Procedure is not registered in the VIES system. The European winners will be required to pay VAT.

SALE NOTES:
It is specified that the sale of lot 1 will be reserved only to subjects resident in Italy and in possession of the necessary qualifications. The subject who at the end of the auction will have been awarded one or more goods will be required to send, within and no later than 48 hours from the closing of the auction, to the address postvendita@industrialdiscount.com, what is specified in the conditions of sale and collection.
