Auction Description

Sale of goods arising from Judicial Liquidation No. 62/2025 of the Court of Padua.

Sale pursuant to Article 216 of the Italian Civil Code.

The goods are located in Gazzo Padovano (PD) and can be inspected by appointment.

Auction conducted using the asynchronous sale procedure pursuant to Article 25 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Users who are properly registered on the portal may submit bids for each lot for sale by completing the form on the page for the lot in question and paying the relevant security deposit by credit card or bank transfer.

• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will validate bids received only after the duly completed form has been received and the security deposit has been credited.

• INDUSTRIAL DISCOUNT will send an email to the email address provided by the user to confirm the bid's validation and the secret, personal code that must be used to bid on the lot in the online auction. Please note that the code received will only be requested during the auction process. Furthermore, please note that this code, being confidential and personal, cannot be resent or shared under any circumstances once sent to the registered email address.
